Our Supply Chain (Logistics and Operations) Graduate programme will give you exposure to how our supply chain works across one of Europe's largest distribution networks. With placements across the supply chain journey you will learn everything there is to know about logistics giving you a broad understanding and developing you into a leader of the future across the function.
Role overview:
The programme is structured around 4 rotations each lasting 6 months. The first 3 rotations will be completed in our Newark Distribution centre with a final rotation at one of our national fulfilment centres. Your rotations may include:

- Operational development with involvement in projects to improve supply chain processes
- Logistics and warehouse operations managing the day to day of our delivery function
- Exploring transport and compliance managemen
- Or involvement in how we manage our field operations from home delivery to white goods and gas repairs
You will need:
- To be a recent or soon to be graduate with an award or expected award of 2:1.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
