  • Provide administrative support across the People & Culture team—organising meetings, preparing documents, and more.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, sending offers, and ensuring great communication with candidates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and confident using Excel and HR systems.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS (desirable).
  • Proactive, organised, and driven by continuous improvement.

Why Join Smart?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking company that values people as its greatest asset.
  • Work in a team that’s supportive, inclusive, and committed to excellence.
  • Help shape an engaging employee experience as we continue to grow.
