Firstly, a Little Bit About Us.
We make brands unskippable.
Through our work with clients including... [deep breath] Adobe, Prime Video, Spotify, YouTube, Microsoft, Kellogg’s, HSBC, John Lewis, Have I Got News For You, Motorway, Channel 4 and Amazon Alexa, we add value, not noise.
We put creativity at the heart of everything we do. From social strategy, social creative, social production, social amplification and social effectiveness, we deliver expertise and cultural relevance. On social.
Still reading? Great. It’s only been three short paragraphs. And we’d love to hear about you...
Next, a Bit About The Design Studio.
Want to create content for some of the world’s biggest brands?
Our design team uses creativity, social expertise and cultural knowledge to make great work happen. We’re social-first but not social only, we’re full-service from 1x1 social posts through to nationwide billboards, we do it all in-house.
If you’re a creative designer who is obsessed with social media content, social-first campaigns, social culture and all things design related, then we want to hear from you.
The role.
We’re on the hunt for a Junior Designer to add to our team. Not only will you be working across some of the world’s best-loved brands, but you’ll be joining a lovely bunch of talented (their words, not ours) people, helping to create industry-leading social (and beyond) content.
In a nutshell, you’ll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends in both social media and the world of design, and you’ll be brimming with ideas and creative know-how to elevate briefs and bring our clients the freshest visuals.
You probably have a love of colour, type or layouts, or maybe you’re passionate about music or tv & film or fashion or sport or some niche social community we’ve never heard of. Maybe you’re really into crisps or breakfast cereal. Whatever it is, if you can translate your passion into beautiful content, and bring your enthusiasm to the job, taking your work seriously, but not yourself... then maybe you’re a That Lotter.
Your Responsibilities.
We Also Offer Several Perks, Including The Following
That Lot is an Equal Opportunities Employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or disability status
We make our careers website accessible to any and all users. If you need an accommodation to participate in the application process, please contact us at [email protected].
