Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong network in the iGaming or fintech industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know the ins and outs of high-risk markets, and love turning leads into long-term partnerships — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads through your network, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and close deals with operators and partners
- Represent the company at top global events (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with clients across platforms, operators, and aggregators
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales progress
- 3+ years in B2B sales within iGaming
- A strong existing network of operators, platforms, and aggregators
- Deep understanding of the online gambling industry and its regulatory landscape
- Experience attending at least 3–5 major industry events (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, iGB)
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Fluent English (bonus: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Turkish)
- Proven ability to drive inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn and conferences
- Willingness to travel frequently to global events
- Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments is a plus
- Results-focused mindset with high work quality
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing conditions
- Strong team spirit, initiative, and openness to new ideas
- Proactive attitude and a passion for the iGaming industry
