Job Description

Strategic Campaign Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with Visa Direct's global objectives and regional goals.

  • Drive the creation of scalable workflows for marketing campaigns, brand assets, and customer touchpoints.

  • Act as the cultural expert for markets, ensuring all localized content meets audience expectations and reflects Visa’s brand voice.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Oversee the adaptation of global campaigns to regional markets across web, social, events, and other marketing channels.

  • Lead transcreation efforts to ensure campaigns resonate deeply with target audiences while retaining global messaging integrity.

  • Partner with integrated marketing teams to execute seamless multi-channel localized campaigns.

  • Develop and execute flagship marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy.

  • Manage and track campaign and content performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, communications, Regional Marketing, and Creative teams.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and freelance professionals, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing insights into cultural nuances and best practices for marketing in diverse regions.

Quality Assurance & Optimization:

  • Develop and maintain quality standards and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across regions.

  • Leverage campaign performance data and feedback to refine and optimize future efforts.

  • Continuously assess and improve marketing processes to drive efficiency and scalability.

  • Analyze campaign data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes accordingly.

Hard Measures:

  • Timely and budget-efficient delivery of campaigns across priority regions.

  • Increase in regional campaign engagement and conversions, demonstrating the effectiveness of strategies.

  • Improvement in brand affinity and awareness metrics in different markets.

  • Positive feedback from regional teams on campaign quality and process efficiency.

Soft Measures:

  • Demonstrates cultural intelligence and sensitivity in marketing efforts.

  • Cultivates trust and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Inspires innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.



Qualifications

  • Experience in integrated marketing roles, ideally within fintech, payments, or global tech industries.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling global marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align global and regional objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance data to optimize marketing strategies.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with cultural nuances, regulatory considerations, and audience behaviors across key regions.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing across web, social media, and events in diverse markets.
  • Knowledge of fintech and payment industry trends and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Experience with social media marketing.
  • Experience with content marketing.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM.
