Job Description:
Project Manager
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help make some excellent work. You’ll help us deliver brilliant creative across digital and ATL channels including TVC, OOH, CRM, Content, Social, Paid Media and Partnerships / Events.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects through from inception to execution. You will ensure the work is of the highest standard, fulfilling the brief, delivered on time and within budget. To do this, you will work collaboratively with a Project Director, Business Leadership, Strategy, Creative and other Dentsu departments, external agencies and with clients.
In addition to this you will also support on project finances, resource planning and capacity management - helping to ensure that your projects are resourced effectively, and capacity is managed for the varied roles within the agency client team.

At any one time we’re working on multiple fast paced projects, so being able to deliver at scale is key.
You will be a creative thinker who also gets a kick out of being organised – making things run smoothly and efficiently comes as second nature to you. A natural love of process and documentation, a keen eye for detail and a great communicator.

Key Accountabilities
- Preparing and maintaining detailed project timelines to track progress across multiple workstreams
- Managing workflows, adjusting tasks and deadlines accordingly
- Organising all creative WIPs and following the correct creative approval process
- Liaising with Account Management to ensure that the project timing plan and deliverables list are up to date
- Tracking and managing team hours and expenses in collaboration with Account Management
- Managing resourcing allocations with Resource Management, and sourcing the correct internal or external resource support as and when required
- Sharing progress updates with clients and/or senior stakeholders, as required
- Organising and attending regular status and resource meetings
- Ensuring that all relevant financial documentation is kept up to date including quotes, and invoices / purchase order admin using Paprika
- Ensuring quality control of the end product
- Managing and maintaining meeting notes
- Demonstrable experience in project management, traffic management or an associated position in an agency environment
- Experience in managing campaign project delivery is essential
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, plus a sharp attention to detail
- Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and project management software (Workfront, Smartsheets, Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday, Planner etc.)
- Experience in Workfront would be especially beneficial
- Experience in managing projects via Kanban methodology would be beneficial
- Proven track record in problem solving and course correcting independently and proactively
