With Truelink investing $50 million to accelerate innovation in AI, talent, and creative technology, we’re growing our team and looking for a Project Manager.

Scope and Impact

As a Project Manager At R/GA, You Will

  • Support multidisciplinary teams, including strategists, designers, and technologists, to create world-class digital experiences.
  • Ensure smooth project execution, balancing scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Champion innovation by refining best practices and optimizing delivery outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
  • Act as a problem solver, navigating complexity and proactively driving solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Oversee all phases of digital product (and nice to have campaign development).
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in partnership with teams.
  • Identify and address risks early to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure high-quality work that aligns with R/GA’s creative and strategic standards.

Budgeting and Financial Success

  • Plan projects with efficiency in mind, ensuring accurate scoping and resource allocation.
  • Monitor budget and financial performance, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support revenue forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Quality and Process Improvement

  • Promote consistency and efficiency in project execution.
  • Implement best practices that empower teams and streamline workflows.

Team Collaboration

  • Create an environment of trust, transparency, and psychological safety.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Encourage an open exchange of ideas to drive innovation.

Client Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring project goals align with business needs.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and successes clearly and proactively.
  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Communication

  • Facilitate clear, actionable communication across all project teams.
  • Lead meetings that drive alignment and accountability.
  • Provide concise, accessible project updates and reports.

Continuous Learning & Development

  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and project management best practices.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in digital project management, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure, enabling innovation while ensuring execution.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering an inclusive work culture.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
