Location: London (with occasional UK-wide travel)

As our presence continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on BMS projects across the UK, primarily in London. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects to the highest standards — safely, on time, and within budget — while building strong client relationships and managing performance across your delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking full ownership of BMS projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet technical specs, programme timelines, commercial targets, and HSEQ standards.
• Working across a range of clients, including Tier 2 contractors (as both SI and MSI) and direct M&E clients/end users.
• Managing all commercial elements — from payment applications and variations to risk mitigation and final account settlements — with support from our Project Director and Commercial team.
• Overseeing project reporting, documentation, and contract compliance.
• Supporting and guiding engineering teams, calling on specialist suppliers and internal expertise where needed.
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and supporting client relationships long after project handover.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Project or Contract Management roles, ideally within BMS or related building technologies.
• A good grasp of commercial, financial, and technical elements of delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
• Someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and builds strong relationships across clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail and a drive for quality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support projects across the UK.
• Organised, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of outcomes.
• Someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and delivering exceptional service.
