Mileway
Date: 4 hours ago
City: London
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. In less than five years, Mileway has grown into Europe’s leader in last mile logistics real estate, with a 550-plus team across more than twenty-six offices in eleven countries.
Mileway, a Blackstone portfolio company, is the largest owner of last mile logistics real estate assets in Europe. We have a pan-European footprint, with approximately 1,700 assets across eight major European economies. Core markets of the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and France represent over 80% of the portfolio, with a growing presence in other European countries. The business is headquartered in London, and has a dedicated team of over 500 staff, with a local presence in each market. To support its Treasury and Capital Markets team, Mileway is currently hiring a Treasury Analyst.
The Treasury and Capital Markets team looks after Mileway’s global liquidity, funding, debt, investments and hedging. We interact with a wide range of internal and external business partners including financial institutions and Mileway’s investors, on a range of topics, covering cash management, bank account management, acquisition finance, disposals, debt capital markets and derivatives.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's capital markets activities, managing liquidity, and optimizing the capital structure. You will work closely with senior treasury staff and external stakeholders, such as banks and investors, to ensure effective execution of financing strategies and risk management.
Working at Mileway
We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. Launched in 2019, Mileway has rapidly grown into Europe’s leader in last-mile logistics real estate, with a team of over 550 across more than twenty offices in 11 countries. From the start, Mileway set out to be a different kind of real estate company, with a cloud-based IT infrastructure and a team that combines local expertise with the pooled strengths of a pan-European presence.
Our culture is fast-paced and highly international, with team members from more than 50 countries, bringing diverse perspectives and a “can-do” attitude to everything we do. While we have already achieved a lot, we’re only just getting started – our purpose is to be Europe’s leading provider of last mile logistics real estate, enabling businesses to thrive, driving sustainability forward, and shaping the cities of tomorrow. To get there, we live by our values: Drive, Trust, Grow, Together.
At Mileway, we believe company growth comes from supporting the growth of our combined capabilities. That’s why we offer an in-house learning & development program where personal, professional, and business development go hand in hand, helping you carve out your own unique career path. You’ll be based at our London West End office. While we embrace a flexible approach to work, our policy requires working from the office three days a week. To support this, we provide a state-of-the-art technology package to keep you connected at all times.
