Freelance Quantity Surveyor Duration: 4–6 weeks or longer Day Rate: £300–£325

Guildmore is currently seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role involves supporting the procurement of early packages for two new build residential schemes in Kilburn.

Project Details:

• Two new build residential schemes

• RC frame construction

• 18 units in total

• Project currently in early procurement phase

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential procurement
