The Role:We are seeking an ambitious, connected and commercially minded Business Development Manager / Sales Manager who can drive new opportunities in London’s commercial office fit out market. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and construction ecosystem particularly those in project management, quantity surveying, consultancy or commercial leasing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial office fit out sector.

Build relationships with key decision-makers from project management firms, quantity surveying practices, consultancies and leasing teams.

Leverage your network to drive early-stage involvement in upcoming office fit out projects.

Represent the company at industry events, networking forums and pitch meetings.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, pre-construction, delivery) to ensure seamless handover of opportunities.

Help shape and influence go-to-market strategies for client targeting and project acquisition.
Ideal Candidate:
-
You currently work in (or have worked for) a Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Consultancy firm or within a leasing team focusing on commercial buildings in London.

You have a strong network of contacts in the commercial office space and understand how projects are procured in the fit out market.

A self-starter with a consultative, solutions-led approach.
