My client is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Controller to lead their technician team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the workshop and technician team

• Allocation of jobs, monitoring progress and quality control

• Approving holidays and handling general team queries

• Working closely with the service team and management to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial/HGV Workshop experience

• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills

• A proactive approach and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), with occasional overtime paid at 1.5x

• 1 in 4 Saturdays (7:00am to 12:00pm) paid at overtime rate
