Mobile Electrical Engineer - Up to £44,000 + Van (Personal Use) - North London and Surrounding Areas

We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, managing a dynamic commercial portfolio across North London and surrounding areas.

The Role: As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites. You'll work with a trusted and reputable provider known for excellence in facilities services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting PPMs, reactive tasks, and remedial works
• Handling AHUs, FCUs, and general HVAC systems
• Managing both electrical and some mechanical maintenance
• Maintaining compliance and documentation for audits
• Upholding high health and safety standards

• Van and fuel card provided - personal use included
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure)

What You'll Need:

• City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation, or time-served experience
• 17th or 18th Edition certification (essential)
• 4+ years' experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
