Job Description
What you’ll do
- Managesales operations across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
- Analyzesales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
- Enhancethe user experience in our CRM system, preferably HubSpot, though experience in similar platforms is also valuable.
- Collaboratewith sales, marketing, and finance teams to support commercial initiatives and drive financial growth.
- Solve Problemsby identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Supportbasic project management efforts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Excellent Eye for Detailto ensure data accuracy and reliability in driving decision-making.
- Strong Analytical Skillswith the ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and strategies.
- Commercial and Financial Acumento understand market dynamics and contribute to revenue growth efforts.
- User Experience in CRMsystems, with a preference for HubSpot, but not essential.
- Problem-Solving Capabilitiesto address challenges and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Basic Project Managementskills to support sales initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results.
