We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations and help ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records
  • Track and report on shipments and delivery timelines
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to logistics and warehousing
  • Support the logistics team in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient logistics operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems)
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
