Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking for a new opportunity in the vibrant Crystal Palace area? Join a well-known estate agency where you’ll have the chance to provide expert mortgage and protection advice from a bustling branch. This role is perfect for a driven and qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a rewarding challenge in Crystal Palace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mortgage Advisory: Offer professional mortgage and protection advice to clients from the Crystal Palace office, handling mortgage applications up to £1.5 million, with the average property value at £450,000.
• Client Management: Work with an existing database of over 500 clients, along with 8-10 new mortgage appointments weekly generated via the dedicated team of introducers. You'll be tasked with writing 2-3 mortgages per week, where as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker you should be looking to bank £150k - £180k per annum, resulting in earnings of £70,000 - £85,000
• Market Access: As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you'll have access to the entire market, providing clients with comprehensive mortgage solutions and a strong selection of protection products from a strong panel of life companies.
• Sales Focus: Collaborate closely with a sales-driven team in Crystal Palace, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and meeting branch targets.
• Revenue Generation: Expect to bank £180,000 - £200,000 per year, in broker, proc fees and life business with excellent commission structures that could see you earning over £80,000 annually.

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 basic, including car allowance and financial guarantees.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 in year 1 and up to £85,000 in year 2.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• CeMAP Qualified: You must be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to apply.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker is essential, particularly within a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mortgage market and associated protection products.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a clean credit history with no criminal convictions.
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving license is required.
