Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner - #1702804

Magisters Education is working alongside a wonderful private day nursery based in East Finchley.

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an inspiring and caring induvial to join the team as a qualified nursery practitioner on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position, requiring the successful candidate to work a 40hr week on various shift patterns between 8am and 6pm.

You will need to be able to:- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote children’s learning and development.- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and achievements- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child’s development and learning.- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a warm, inclusive environment that meets the needs of the children.- Support day-to-day nursery operations, including preparing meals, handling cleaning tasks, and helping children with personal care needs like toileting and hygiene. - Actively uphold the nursery’s safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the children’s safety is paramount.- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:- You must hold a full and relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 2 and above – or equivalent, and is recognised by the Department of Education.- Have experience within an Early Years Nursery Setting.- Rights to work within the UK.- DBS on the Update Service, or willing to undertake a new check.
