An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Whittington Health - NHS as a Data Analyst for the Temporary Staffing Team on a fixed term contract for 12months.

This post will be integral in informing the activity of the Ops Manager and System Specialist posts.

Responsibilities:

• Full analysis on rates of bank pay including escalated rates across the Trust and comparing across NCL for all staff groups with recommendations for alignment.
• Full analysis on historically agreed agency rates.
• Liaise with divisions and departments to establish and provide accurate and meaningful temporary staffing data.
• Establish and create reports for internal and external use.
• Identify hotspot areas for high usage for agency and bank and high costs agency spend.

Experience Required:

• Temporary Staffing experience/knowledge
• Can deal with a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
