About the Role:
- As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent, you will work closely with students who have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
- As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent you will work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Offer pastoral and academic support, ensuring pupils feel encouraged and confident in their abilities.
- Assist with differentiated learning activities to meet students' individual needs.
- Full education and training provided.
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting students with SEN.
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children with additional needs is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
