About the Role:

• As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent, you will work closely with students who have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
• As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Brent you will work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Offer pastoral and academic support, ensuring pupils feel encouraged and confident in their abilities.
• Assist with differentiated learning activities to meet students' individual needs.
