As a Guest Relations Agent and City Lover at NYX Hotels, we want you to bring your fun and dynamic vibe to the hotel with you every day. You will ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every guest’s experience is electrifying!

• Share your unmatched knowledge of the city with guests! You’re a City Lover, so you’ll be able to recommend the best shops, clubs and shows around
• Proactively offer outstanding hospitality to all guests
• Be a visible presence within the hotel with a keen ability to multitask and keep an eye on the details
• Motivate and collaborate effectively with your colleagues across the other departments of the hotel to satisfy guests’ needs
