Job Title: Nursery AssistantLocation: Feltham (TW13) Are you looking for flexible work as a Nursery Assistant?We are currently recruiting for competent and experienced Nursery Assistants to join our team to support with Short Term and Long-Term placements in local Nurseries in the Feltham area.Daily Duties will include:

• Support the nursery team to ensure effective and positive play opportunities are provided on a day to day basis.
• Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate planned and spontaneous activities
• Helping to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment.
• Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery environment, including toys and educational materials
• Support children in their daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and personal hygiene

Essential requirements for the Nursery Assistant –

• At least 1 years’ experience in a nursery role
• Good knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and respond to children's needs promptly
• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children

Desirable requirements of the Nursery Assistant –

• Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• An enhanced DBS Check
• Safeguarding and EYFS Training.
