As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of creative, analytical, and project management skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.
  • Develop compelling and relevant content across digital platforms—including blogs, email newsletters, social media, and website updates.
  • Assist with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Uphold and evolve the company’s brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform campaign strategy and content planning.
  • Utilize platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads, campaigns, and marketing workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external vendors to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and marketing projects.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strategic planning and campaign alignment with business goals
  • Strong writing, editing, and content management abilities
  • Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategy
  • Ability to analyse data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and engage stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Experience managing content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio or examples of previous marketing work is a plus
