As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of creative, analytical, and project management skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.
- Develop compelling and relevant content across digital platforms—including blogs, email newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Assist with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Use Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Uphold and evolve the company’s brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform campaign strategy and content planning.
- Utilize platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads, campaigns, and marketing workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external vendors to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and marketing projects.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strategic planning and campaign alignment with business goals
- Strong writing, editing, and content management abilities
- Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategy
- Ability to analyse data to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and engage stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Experience managing content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Strong portfolio or examples of previous marketing work is a plus
