Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with Board and Executive team objectives
- Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and financial risk management
- Oversee treasury operations, capital structure, and funding strategies
- Manage relationships with key financial stakeholders, including Auditors and Regulators
- Drive financial process improvements and implement robust control systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles in investment banking, hedge funds or other front office trading environments
- Institutional digital assets experience, either directly or exposure to the asset class in some way (internal working groups, private study/investing, certifications etc).
- Relevant professional accounting certifications
- Experience with global regulatory financial compliance and risk management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance growth with risk management
- Experience with international operations and multi-currency environments
- Genuine interest in blockchain technology and the developing digital asset markets
- Comprehensive track record of implementing financial systems and processes
