As our Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be central to this journey—owning and optimising our sales systems, driving meaningful data reporting, and supporting our commercial teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:

Own and enhance our CRM system (Pipedrive), maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, and managing system stability

Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver clear reporting and data-driven insights

Bring sales performance data to life with visual dashboards, analytics, and executive-ready content

Be the go-to expert for sales pipeline discipline—ensuring tools are used effectively and accurately reflect business performance

Deliver regular reports, forecast models, and insights on key metrics like pipeline growth, conversion, win/loss rates, and quota attainment

Support onboarding and training of new team members on CRM best practices and ClearAccept processes

Take the lead on data mining, automation, integration improvements, and overall CRM optimisation

Provide support to sales teams—from contracts and pricing to process improvements and renewal strategies

Create content for monthly and quarterly board reporting, contributing to strategy and planning

Use your knowledge of API integrations and data visualisation tools to streamline operations and boost productivity
What We're Looking For:

2+ years' experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar sales ops role
-
Solid grasp of CRM platforms (Pipedrive experience is a big plus)

Passion for structured data and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience with API integrations, data migrations, and maintaining sales system performance

Confident working with dashboards, analytics, and business stakeholders across multiple functions

A team player with a continuous improvement mindset—always looking for a better way
