You wouldn't really be data modelling because the data is only just emerging.

But you should be able to rationalise what's happening in the next 3-5 years. Trips to tech shows and events worldwide might be necessary.

Younger is better (hey its tech!) so 2-5 years experience is ideal.

You should be able to analyse sectors, industries, macro trends, and equities in detail. You might currently be at Accenture or McKinsey or maybe you are a tech analyst on the sell/buy-side..
