Procurement Manager Real Estate and Office Services
- 6 month contract
- Salary: Day Rate £500 umbrella
- Location: London
- Hybrid working
- Drive end-to-end procurement strategies across categories and geographies
- Lead RFx processes and deliver results through robust contract negotiations
- Execute spot buying and respond to adhoc business needs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline supplier engagement
- Deliver an exceptional client service experience with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (CIPS qualification desirable)
- Expertise in Source-to-Contract processes and contract negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships across legal and business functions
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sourcing projects, especially in facilities or real estate construction
- A global mindset and experience working with remote and virtual teams
- Procurement leadership in multi-region or global projects
- A sharp focus on value creation, not just cost reduction
- Proven ability to craft detailed scopes of work, KPIs, and SLAs
- A passion for continuous improvement and driving sustainable value
