You’ll work closely with the Head of Business Development to shape and execute go-to-market strategies, engage with senior stakeholders, and grow a sustainable revenue stream, in support of our specialist consulting and resourcing services.

- Take ownership of the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and meetings to proposal writing, closing deals, and ongoing account management
- Identify and qualify market demand across capital markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and opportunities
- Design bespoke solutions in collaboration with our internal consulting and delivery teams
- Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate of GreySpark’s thought leadership, values, and service offerings
- Sales experience: 2-5 years, preferably in a service-led organisation like consulting or recruitment services for the financial services industry
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding commercial targets
- Confident, credible communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A self-starter mindset; proactive, driven, and curious
- Team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work outside of the office (attending client sites, events, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible working hours and be responsive, given the nature of being in a client-facing role
- Experience selling consulting, resourcing, or expertise-led solutions
- Familiarity with financial services, especially investment banking or fintech
- A relevant industry network or contact base
