What You’ll Be

    Customer onboarding & adoption: Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and oversee ongoing customer product adoption, usage and satisfaction. Provide ongoing “training” to customers on platform features and function

  • You Are
    Experience in Account Management, Sales or Customer Success roles, preferably in the sports or SaaS
  • industryStrong existing understanding of football clubs operations OR ability to quickly acquire this
