OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The JPM is part of the Enterprise Delivery Team at UnitedLex.

Primary day to day focus is leading process transformation projects in support of our client’s legal transformation. The JPM leads cross functional teams (Enterprise Delivery Team, Domain SMEs, Tech Team, Service Operations) in executing transformation & transition projects that deliver value for our clients.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Bachelor of Law / Science /Business Management/ Arts required.
  • Project Management Qualification required
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, with 3+ years leading complex transformation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas and workflows clearly, thoroughly, and succinctly.
  • Proactive and consultative approach with strong ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing work requirements
  • Strong situational judgment and operational decision-making ability
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity; always seeking new approaches and challenging the organization to new levels of success.
  • The ideal candidate will have direct experience in establishing strong client relationship.
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and risk management capability.
  • Must be able to work virtually with the potential to travel in differing capacities as the circumstances and projects dictate.
  • Demonstrates expertise in, driving process discovery / design / blueprint sessions with stakeholders, designing operating models, creating service delivery models, process flow mapping, creating process playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Full (lifecycle) systems implementation experience: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • Experience working directly with functional and technical resources
  • Strong mastery of metrics and data reporting, with the ability to generate timely and thorough reports demonstrating a wide range of concepts and points
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead process transformation projects and directly responsible for planning and executing process discovery / blueprint sessions with stakeholders, designing operating models, creating service delivery models, process flow mapping, and creating process playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Formulate proposals to enhance processes and systems to meet the changing demands of our clients, business, and marketplace
  • Work on enhancements to improve business processes and systems used by ULX Operations teams and Client’s legal teams.
  • Provide technical and data analysis, evaluation of existing systems and processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish business requirements for client delivery systems and provide overall business process design support such as user acceptance, creating structure and framework, and working with cross-functional teams to establish support and commitment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Development teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor and track key operational metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and continually drive for resolutions for client satisfaction.
  • Champion applications process management improvements including development of policies and practices such as change management, process management, and incident management.
