Static Maintenance Plumber - #1709519

We are currently recruiting for a commercial static maintenance engineer in London. This role would suit a level 2 or level 3 qualified plumbing and heating engineer with experience of commercial plumbing, PPMs and reactive engineering and also mechanical plant room maintenance.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8-4, which is a 35 hour week. In addition to a salary of up to £37,000 you will receive:

In this maintenance plumber role you will be responsible for a variety of building services maintenance tasks which will include:

• Carrying out the planned preventative maintenance programme

• Taking specific responsibility for the maintenance of the HVAC services, reactive plumbing and PPMs

• Conduct fault finding across all engineering infrastructures and maintain AHU, FCU, and mechanical plant room maintenance

• Deal responsibly with emergencies and breakdowns.

Within this static plumbing maintenance role based on the Strand you will be working as a team and reporting to a great Manager who will encourage you to progress within your role.

For this static maintenance position we are looking for:

• At least a Level 2 plumbing or level 3 plumbing qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ)
• A proven track record of commercial building services maintenance
• AHU maintenance experience
• Experience of using a CAFM system and IT literate
