About the Role:
Position: Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA)Location: Hackney, LondonSalary: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)Job Type: Full Time, PermanentStart Date: ASAP
As a Key Stage 1 TA, you will help students by giving them support. You will assist with booster sessions, interventions, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) support. You will work with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning space. This will help students build confidence and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support for students, focusing on booster sessions and interventions.
• Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Support students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and develop essential skills.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to ensure the best outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience working with Key Stage 1 students or in a similar role.
• Is passionate about education and committed to supporting young learners.
• Demonstrates adaptability, patience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
