Join EquiLend’s Client Success team in London and help shape the future of how we support, grow, and retain our most strategic securities finance clients. As Vice President, Client Success, you’ll serve as a senior partner to a global portfolio of financial institutions, guiding their engagement across EquiLend’s comprehensive suite of trading, post-trade, data, and analytics solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on strategic account management, product enablement, and revenue retention. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations, you’ll deliver business value to our clients while influencing internal roadmaps to ensure continued alignment with client needs and market evolution.

As Vice President, Client Success, you’ll serve as a senior partner to a global portfolio of financial institutions, guiding their engagement across EquiLend’s comprehensive suite of trading, post-trade, data, and analytics solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on strategic account management, product enablement, and revenue retention. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations, you’ll deliver business value to our clients while influencing internal roadmaps to ensure continued alignment with client needs and market evolution.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client engagements across a global portfolio, focusing on long-term satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Own executive-level relationships with key clients, ensuring EquiLend remains a trusted advisor and solution partner.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives, in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights, partnering with Product and Technology teams to influence future development.
- Drive proactive renewal planning, ensuring risk mitigation and commercial alignment ahead of contract discussions.
- Monitor client usage data and success metrics to uncover risks, identify growth opportunities, and increase product adoption.
- Guide the creation and execution of strategic account plans, aligning client objectives with EquiLend’s platform capabilities.
- Deliver high-value client interactions including executive briefings, business reviews, and bespoke enablement sessions or workshops.
- Represent the voice of the client across internal forums, driving improvements in service delivery, onboarding, and product experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in client success, strategic account management, or relationship roles in financial services or SaaS.
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of influencing revenue growth through client engagement.
- Shows excellent relationship management capabilities, with experience managing senior stakeholders across global financial institutions.
- Displays strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and client executives alike.
- Brings a data-informed approach to decision-making, with proficiency in CRM systems, client analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Shows good cross-functional leadership, collaborating effectively across sales, product, and operations to improve the client journey.
- Able to manage complexity, prioritise competing demands, and deliver in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
