About the Role

  • Travel globally to install bespoke, one-off pieces at a variety of project locations
  • Problem-solve technical challenges involving drivers, lamps, dimming protocols (DALI, DMX), and low-voltage circuits

  • Plan on-site work, ensuring accurate, detail-focused installation and excellence on every project

Must Have:

  • DALI Certification
  • Experience with DMX lighting controls
  • Background in architectural and decorative lighting design
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
  • Strong practical and hands-on skills in an electrical or technical capacity

Nice to Have:

  • Electrical qualifications or certification (not essential, but a bonus)
  • Workshop or fabrication experience with a range of materials
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Gain

  • Opportunities to develop your career in a leading creative lighting studio
  • The chance to express ideas and contribute to exciting international projects
  • Exposure to cutting-edge lighting design with some of the world’s top architects and designers
  • A supportive, innovative team environment with room to grow your skills

What’s on Offer

  • Join a dynamic and creative team in a vibrant, newly designed studio space in London
  • Access to mock-up and testing facilities for real-world prototyping and experimentation
  • Regular team social events, including casual Friday meetups
  • 24 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Competitive salary + annual performance bonuses
  • Generous employee benefits package
  • A fast-paced, rewarding environment where innovation and collaboration thrive
