How We Are Set Up
Marketing at The Drum supports two core business areas: Events and Digital Products. These are the areas we focus on when building campaigns, driving engagement, and growing our audience and client base.
Overview Of The Role
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting marketing activity across all of The Drum's products - including awards, events, digital offerings, and research.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with teams across sales, data, editorial, and design to deliver well-executed, omni-channel marketing campaigns that align with revenue targets and broader business goals.
A core part of the role involves ensuring we're reaching the right audiences, with the right message. You'll work with the data team to help build campaigns that drive awareness, interest, desire, and action - and monitor performance to inform ongoing decision-making.
The role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
