About You
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Restorative Justice Officer to lead on the delivery of restorative justice and victim-focused work across our service.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement bespoke reparation projects that make a meaningful contribution to the local community
- Deliver restorative justice interventions for children and those harmed by crime, in line with the Code of Practice for Victims of Crime
- Support positive outcomes through creative and tailored approaches
- Work collaboratively within a strong multi-agency framework
