The Role:We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a flagship New Build Residential project comprising 93 high-specification apartments. As a key member of the commercial team, you will take responsibility for cost management, procurement, subcontractor management, and financial reporting to ensure the successful delivery of this prestigious development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of the residential new build project.

• Prepare and present detailed cost reports and valuations.

• Procure subcontractors and manage contract administration.

• Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, and design teams.

• Monitor and control project budgets and provide financial forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential projects.

• Background working for Tier One Main Contractors or similar large-scale construction companies.

• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
