This Brigg Scientific client are a Forensic Services company based in West London. They are seeking a Laboratory Technician to fulfil a Temporary role for 6 months with the view to a Permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Responsibility for receiving samples arriving daily
- Sorting samples, labelling and entering data onto LIMS
- Sample preparation including degassing and alliquoting
- Sample testing including TLC and prep for HPLC
- Sample storage and control.
- Supporting Senior Analytical Scientists
- General Lab Stewardship
Successful candidates will have a Scientific degree and be available within 2 weeks as this is an immediate start role. Any Lab experience would be a distinct advantage however recent graduates with no experience will also be considered and full training is given.
Pay rate will be £12.21/hr. Hours are 7-3 Monday to Friday
