WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Brand Manager to lead and develop brand strategy and marketing initiatives specifically for the UK and Ireland markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty retailers and pure players, experience in delivering 360 marketing campaigns, and a proven track record in out-of-home (OOH) marketing, customer events, and digital activations. In this role,.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Brand Manager to lead and develop brand strategy and marketing initiatives specifically for the UK and Ireland markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty retailers and pure players, experience in delivering 360 marketing campaigns, and a proven track record in out-of-home (OOH) marketing, customer events, and digital activations. In this role,.
You will partner closely with commercial teams to drive brand growth and ensure exceptional execution of marketing activations across all channels.
Strong Asset:
- Previous experience working in a local/regional team with global creative and marketing teams in bringing executions to life is required Strong understanding and experience with digital marketing strategies and paid media
- Strong knowledge of the UK beauty market and consumer trends.
- Passion for the beauty industry, Sephora or Ulta experience preferred
- Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional ideas to drive disruptive, innovative marketing strategies.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in brand management, with a strong focus on the UK market and beauty industry.
- Act as a key regional representative, working across regional and global teams, to deliver campaigns, messaging, and key account marketing plans that support the regional business.
- Project manage end to end all UK Brand projects and coordinate Global, Regional and External teams.
- Audit, negotiate & manage various agencies on both large Brand projects and OOH activations.
- Oversee project management of all regional asset briefs and content needs for the Regional Creative team and/or agency, and manage timeline + reviews + team efforts through projects’ completion .
- Be responsible for regional brand calendar updates according to the latest state of business and lead the planning of ongoing efforts to support both brand and business.
- Support always-on Regional Paid Media strategy by owning planning and execution of monthly programs with cross functional teams (Partnerships, Agency, Creative, Brand Director). Ensure upper and lower-funnel media initiatives are aligned with KPI’s and the agency is performing required optimizations for greatest success metric .
- Support the regional execution of global launch plans for new products and brand campaigns with the broader Regional DECIEM team to establish campaigns and launch plans, prioritizing partners, moments and activities, maximizing impact.
- Manage the Brand Budget tracker and make sure that the correct PO process is followed.
- Lead the development and execution of the NPL brand strategy as well as 360 launch plans in the UK in line with the Global strategy.
- Lead Brand weekly meetings with all UK departments for timely project updates and alignment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, Wrike platform experience preferred
- Solid organization and time management skills, detail-oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management across various departments
- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects and strong problem solver, collaborator, and ability to take ownership
