What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Provide translation support in French, German, or Italian.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in French, German, or Italian (essential).
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
