In this role you will help lead, guide and develop the best creative solutions and production methodologies for the breadth of briefs at Nexus. Excellent client, partner and cross-team communication and leadership is vital and you will have an opportunity-driven, nimble and positive approach, balancing the creative and business aspects of any project.
As an experienced producer, you'll manage multiple projects at different scales, taking a proactive and detail-oriented approach. You will enjoy developing bespoke production approaches using emerging pipelines and new ways of working, led by strong trusting relationships with Directors and crew. You also will maintain a big picture view of production capabilities and capacity at Nexus with the HoP and be a point of escalation and support for the production team.
The Branded Content team covers short and mid-form film production across commercials, branded entertainment, music videos, games trailers, work for good and collaborates with the immersive team on AR/VR and installations. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of innovative, creative projects with high-profile clients and with a tight-knit team of award-winning Directors and in-house production, studio and creative talent.

Requirements
The role requires:
- Detailed production knowledge across different styles, techniques and disciplines. Your own excellent black book of contacts - you know the right people to speak too to get the answers you need.
- Skilled at developing bespoke solutions and strategies for projects with both high and low budgets
- Carefully balancing creative, strategy, finance, people, legal and client, to guide a team to delivery
- A partner to different Directors or Creatives with an awareness of their ways of working and how to collaborate for the best of the project, adapting workflows to the Director and team. Sounding board and collaborator for the Director or Creative Director which requires a creative view point balanced with the client objectives for the project.
- Dedication to pushing the aesthetic and an appreciation of what that means for the Director, artists and technology within the studio
- Set the culture on any project as the Leader of the team, responsible for team motivation and wellbeing
- Maintaining schedule and delivery oversight for projects including the setting of project priorities and milestones
- High level problem solving on any job and ability to find solutions to difficult challenges. Ability to deal with pressure.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and capabilities, and including use of new technologies and pipelines e.g. real-time
- Build relationships with production partners, suppliers and distributed teams to anticipate needs and line up production solutions at pitch stage, working with Head of Production and Head of Resourcing on production methodologies and resource structure.
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout production and beyond
- Successful delivery of projects creatively and financially
- Sharing knowledge and learnings with the wider team
- We work with US clients so time shifting can be required
- Hybrid working model (3+ days in our office in Shoreditch)
