Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team. The role will involve identifying suitable candidates experienced in the property management sector, building strong talent pipelines, arranging interviews and supporting the Recruitment Partners with the hiring process from initial candidate screening to onboarding ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
LRG does not engage the services of Recruitment agencies for the purpose of hiring. All job openings are managed directly by our Internal Recruitment team. We do not accept unsolicited CVs or candidate referral from Recruitment agencies, and any such submissions will not be considered.

- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for property management roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilise various recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Work closely with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database.
- Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent.
