Payroll Administrator - Greenford - Paying up to £28,000 - Plus Benefits & Career Progression
Our client a well established Building Services Consultancy within the engineering sector based in Greenford are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team.
The role:As a Payroll Administrator you be required to assist with the following:
- Processing employee’s payrolls weekly/monthly.- Issuing of P45s and leavers documents- Changing holidays, pay and overtime in the system along with SSP, SMP and CSP, Tax code - Changes and amendments to personal details- Updating files on various excel systems on a monthly basis and as required.- To assist with various other ad hoc payroll-related duties as requested from time to time.
What we are looking for in a Payroll Administrator:
- Must have previous experience in pay processing procedures from start to finish- Knowledge of redundancy calculations would be an advantage but additional training will be provided.- Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues- A good general education- Ability to deal with large volume of data /data input- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manners.- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word.
