These projects typically range from £500K-£6.5million. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be based out of their head office near Dartford, but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.Performance Objectives• Completion of contracts – Handover.• Variations – Ensuring that these works are highlighted to the office.• Ordering stock and materials.• Maintaining a WIP tracker – Stock and work in progress figures must be produced at the end of the month by the contracts team.
