An IT managed service provider based in London is looking to expand theiradminteam and are looking for anAdministrativeAssistantto work under the Office Manager and supporting the Directors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 monthsadminexperience and be an organised team player, willing to working a split of office and home.

Our Office Is Based In Elephant And Castle And Easily Accessible By Public Transport. The Working Hours Will Be Between 8.30am 5pm And Will Be Supporting The Office Manager, Sales Team And Directors With The Following Tasks

  • Purchasing and organising deliveries
  • Drafting quotes on Xero
  • Helping to log staff absences, holidays and sick leave
  • Helping to organise the field engineers and installations teams
  • Contacting clients with updates or taking purchase requests
  • Basic PA duties for the directors

The ideal candidate will know how to use Office365, Excel, Word and Powerpoint and be able to use Outlook with proficiency. We use Teams, Sharepoint and file sharing daily, so familiarity of these tools would be an advantage. Knowledge of Xero is not essential but desirable. There may be occasion for client facing which will require adequate business attire.
