We’re seeking a seasoned M&E Project Director to lead large-scale construction developments across London. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to oversee landmark projects and ensure their successful delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• The M&E Project Director Leader projects through the full lifecycle, from inception to handover.

• Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.

• Oversee daily operations and maintain project momentum.

• Provide regular reports and strategic insights to the senior leadership team.

• Support business development efforts and contribute to broader company growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• The M&E Project Director shown extensive M&E expertise, with a track record of delivering complex construction projects valued at £50 million or more.

• The M&E Project Director must have proven ability to manage projects from tender through to completion.

• The M&E Project Director must show strong leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

• The M&E Project Director must have shown a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
