This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a high-end corporate office environment, delivering high standards of building services maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works across electrical systems
• Complete basic building services tasks, including plumbing, lighting, and fabric checks
• Respond promptly to building issues and breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service within a client-facing environment
• Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with current health & safety standards
• Assist with any additional duties or projects as required by site management

What You'll Need:

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (required)
• Previous experience working within commercial FM environments
• Good all-round knowledge of building services systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and strong work ethic
