  • Regional Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality fit out projects
  • Sectors include Commercial, Education, Retail and Industrial
  • Project values from £1m - £8m
  • Projects in Central London
  • Will offer career support and further education/qualifications
  • Very stable team

Person specification

  • You will have worked for a reputable main contractor
  • Proven history of delivering projects from start to finish
  • Have had exposure to the full range of commercial duties
  • Responsible for multiple projects
  • Commercial Fit out experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Keen to progress to Senior QS/Commercial Manager
  • Report to a Commercial Director
