Is it you?

We are looking for a Product SME who understands the platform, archive and search challenges of tech, legal and compliance teams in the financial sector. Your experience and know-how will play a vital role in continuing to guide our product team to perfect Shield's communications archive and search platform. Your knowledge of capture challenges, search and use cases for data retrieval will be integral to Shield's ongoing growth.

Reporting to Shield's director of product strategy, you will help chart our path forward, working directly with product, as well as marketing and sales teams. Your deep technical expertise and ability to speak to user problems will prove vital as Shield continues to build market share and customers across the archiving and search space.

What You'll Do:

• Help drive requirements and define use cases for product features
• Work with marketing and sales to ensure fidelity to customer problems and priorities
• Continue to research and be a resource across the regulatory, customer and competitive landscape
• Internally influence and strategize regarding how AI can be utilized in this space
• Work with sales teams in helping them understand voice of the customer and translate needs back to product
• Speaks of Shield products and value in events
• Guide product managers and designers on features directions; be a trusted advisor to different stakeholders
• Drive product messages and help build marketing campaigns, PRs, and domain specific content
  
  

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years experience in technology risk, archive and/or eDiscovery space at a financial services institution or equivalent experience at a reg tech vendor exposed to this space
• Ability to work within a product team and aid in the translation of complex use cases into technical requirements
• Passion for problem solving today's challenges and vision to help build tomorrow's platform
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with external stakeholders
• Understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and legal discovery processes.
