As a Payroll Support Specialist (d/f/m), you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers and provide a best-in class service. Providing reactive support in case of technical or product-related challenges, your efforts drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our end-to-end customer journey and payroll processes.

As a Payroll Support Specialist (d/f/m), you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers and provide a best-in class service. Providing reactive support in case of technical or product-related challenges, your efforts drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our end-to-end customer journey and payroll processes.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Support our customers reactively via email, phone, and chat delivering timely, clear, and empathetic responses in case of technical and product-related challenges
- Grow your product expertise and stay up-to-date with platform updates to handle a wide range of inquiries
- Collaborate with our Product and Tech Support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to solution development
- Help build and maintain our internal knowledge base, making it easier for the team and customers to find what they need
- Leveraging comprehensive payroll expertise, you effectively resolve challenges and manage escalations, positioning yourself as a key resource for the team and customer
- Customer Focus: You enhance customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding support experiences.
- Candidates should possess 3-5 years of operational experience in payroll software support and/or comprehensive payroll processing.
- You are proficient in different payroll systems
- Possess outstanding German and English communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and presentation abilities. Adept at simplifying complex issues.
- Adaptability - you’re energised by a fast-changing environment and quick to learn new things.
- Your proven track record in handling complex payroll cases is a significant asset
- Motivation to grow in a dynamic, customer-obsessed tech company.
- A team player with strong empathy, you consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You maintain exceptionally high standards for the quality and thoroughness of your work.
