Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in increasing our conversion rate across our entire website and paid landing pages, playing a key role in increasing top-of-funnel conversion and revenue generation continuing Moss’ growth path.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Use data extensively to develop strategies to improve the website user journey, landing pages, and overall conversion paths across key web pages.
  • Own A/B Testing Roadmap: Design, test and implement A/B tests, validating your hypotheses to improve performance and enhance Moss’ user experience.
  • Navigate the Data: Partner with our Data team and use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to monitor performance of the site and suggest improvements to improve conversion in various pages in the site.
  • Provide performance Insights: Regularly track and report on KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement for the website and wider marketing and product teams.


About You

  • Hands-on experience optimising websites in a B2B (SaaS) environment, leveraging A/B testing platforms and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar). Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how other growth levers contribute to website performance.
  • You are fluent in English with German being a plus.
